To connect your Meta ad account, click your name in the bottom left of AdAmigo.ai, open Settings, go to Ad Accounts and click Add ad account next to Meta. Pick the accounts you want and confirm. It takes about two minutes. AdAmigo.ai connects through Meta's official, approved route as a verified Meta Business Partner, and you can connect several Meta ad accounts to the same workspace.
Before you start
A Facebook profile with access to the ad account. AdAmigo.ai works through your Facebook profile, so the profile you log in with needs access to the ad account in Meta Business Manager.
The right workspace. Ad accounts are connected to the workspace you're in. A workspace is the home for one brand or client. You can see and switch your workspace in the top left of the app.
How to connect your Meta ad account, step by step
Click your name in the bottom left corner of the app to open the menu.
Click Settings.

Click Ad Accounts in the Settings menu on the left.
Click Add ad account in the Meta section. If you haven't connected Facebook yet, log in with Facebook and allow AdAmigo.ai access to your ad accounts.

Select the ad accounts you want to connect, choose a plan for each one, and click Add accounts. You can search by account name or ID if you have a lot of them.

That's it. Your accounts now show up in the Meta section with a green dot, and AdAmigo.ai starts studying their history. Nothing changes in your ad account until you ask for it or approve a proposal. Plans are explained on the plans and pricing page.
The accounts are connected to the workspace shown at the top of the Ad Accounts page. To connect accounts for another brand or client, switch workspaces in the top left first.
Whose name shows up in Meta when AdAmigo.ai makes a change?
Your name. AdAmigo.ai acts through the Facebook profile you connected, so every change it makes shows up in your ad account's history in Meta Ads Manager under that profile's name. You can see which profile is connected under Settings › Account Settings.

To see what AdAmigo.ai changed and why, you don't need to dig through Ads Manager. Every campaign, ad set and ad in AdAmigo.ai has a context record that shows who changed what, when, why and the measured impact.
Can I connect more than one Meta ad account?
Yes. You can connect several Meta ad accounts to the same workspace, and AdAmigo.ai works across all of them at once. This is common when a business runs a separate ad account per country or region, for example one for the US, one for Canada and one for the UK.

With all of them in one workspace, you can:
Give one instruction for every market. Upload new creative and ask AdAmigo.ai to launch it in all three accounts, in one message.
Let Autopilot work across accounts. It reviews every connected account each day and proposes changes for all of them in one place.
Balance budgets across accounts and channels. If you want, it moves budget to the account or channel that's getting the best results, including between Meta and Google Ads.
Build knowledge once. Your knowledge base, Brand Identity and memory are shared across every account in the workspace, so what AdAmigo.ai learns in one market helps the others.
Agencies with different clients should use one workspace per client instead, so each client keeps its own brand, budget and limits. See workspaces and team members.
Why does it matter that AdAmigo.ai is an official Meta Business Partner?
It means Meta has reviewed and approved how AdAmigo.ai connects to your ad account, which keeps your account safer.
Approved by Meta. AdAmigo.ai went through Meta's review process before it was approved, which took several months. Meta reviews it again every year to check that it still follows Meta's rules.
A direct, official connection. AdAmigo.ai is an approved Meta app that connects straight to Meta's Marketing API. Some AI ad tools instead use unofficial connectors (often called MCP servers) built on top of Meta's API without Meta's approval. Accounts connected through tools like that have been restricted or disabled.
A badge you can check. AdAmigo.ai carries the Meta Business Partner badge, which Meta only gives to partners running significant ad spend through their platform (more than $2 million a month). You can look up our partner status yourself in Meta's partner directory.
The official connection is also why AdAmigo.ai can use every setting in Meta Ads Manager. See everything AdAmigo.ai can do on Meta.
How does AdAmigo.ai keep my ads within Meta's policies?
As a Meta Business Partner, AdAmigo.ai has to follow Meta's advertising policies, so it checks your ads against them before they go live.
It designs and writes within the rules. When it creates ads or ad copy, it avoids things Meta doesn't allow, like promising specific health or money results.
It warns you and stops risky changes. If something you ask for would break a policy, it tells you why and doesn't launch it as is.
It helps you fix it. It suggests a version that follows the rules, so you can launch with confidence.

This extra check makes accounts run through AdAmigo.ai less likely to get rejected ads or restrictions. Meta still reviews every ad itself, so it can't guarantee approval, but it catches most problems before Meta does.
How do I manage or disconnect a Meta ad account?
Go to Settings › Ad Accounts. Next to each connected account you'll find:
Swap: replace the account with a different one.
Disconnect: remove the account from the workspace. AdAmigo.ai stops working on it right away.
If a new ad account doesn't appear when you click Add ad account, click Refresh at the top of the page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect my Meta ad account to AdAmigo.ai?
Click your name in the bottom left of AdAmigo.ai, open Settings, go to Ad Accounts and click Add ad account in the Meta section. Select the ad accounts you want, choose a plan for each and click Add accounts. It takes about two minutes, and the accounts connect to the workspace you're in.
Is it safe to connect my Meta ad account to AdAmigo.ai?
Yes. AdAmigo.ai is a verified Meta Business Partner that connects through Meta's official, approved route, not an unofficial connector. Meta reviews it every year. It checks ads against Meta's advertising policies before launch, and every change waits for your approval unless you turn on auto-apply.
Will AdAmigo.ai change my ads as soon as I connect?
No. After you connect, AdAmigo.ai first studies your account history to learn what has worked. It only makes changes when you ask it to in chat or approve one of its proposals. You can also tell it to launch everything paused or to confirm before every change.
Whose name shows up in Meta Ads Manager when AdAmigo.ai makes a change?
Yours. AdAmigo.ai acts through the Facebook profile you connected, so its changes appear under that profile's name in your ad account history. Inside AdAmigo.ai, the context record on every campaign, ad set and ad shows exactly what changed, when, why and the measured impact.
Can I connect several Meta ad accounts to one workspace?
Yes. You can connect several Meta ad accounts to one workspace, for example one per country. AdAmigo.ai then works across all of them: one instruction can launch ads in every account, Autopilot reviews them together, and budgets can be balanced across accounts and between Meta and Google Ads.
Why doesn't my ad account show up in the list?
Your Facebook profile probably doesn't have access to that ad account yet. Ask the owner of the Meta Business Manager to give your profile access, then click Refresh on the Ad Accounts page in AdAmigo.ai settings. New accounts can take a few minutes to appear.
Can I disconnect my Meta ad account later?
Yes, at any time. Go to Settings, then Ad Accounts, and click Disconnect next to the account. AdAmigo.ai stops working on it right away. You can also click Swap to replace it with a different ad account.
