Question 1

What exactly is AdAmigo.ai?

Accepted Answer

AdAmigo.ai is an AI media buyer that runs your ad accounts on Meta and Google. It learns your brand, goals, and guardrails, then designs on-brand creatives, builds and bulk-launches campaigns, and optimizes budgets and targeting daily. Unlike rule-based automation tools that only fire preset if-then rules, AdAmigo.ai runs fully autonomous AI agents that decide, act, and report every change with the reasoning behind it. You either brief the AI by message, the way you would brief a media buyer, or let it work on its own and approve each action before it goes live. Rated 4.9 out of 5 on G2 and named a High Performer. Official Meta Business Partner. Plans start at $99 per month.

Question 2

Which ad platforms does AdAmigo.ai support?

Accepted Answer

AdAmigo.ai runs Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads from one platform and one login. TikTok Ads support launches later in 2026, with more channels after that. Every connected channel is managed through the same chat agent and the same autopilot, so you are not switching tools or learning a second interface.

Question 3

What makes AdAmigo.ai different from other tools?

Accepted Answer

Effective ad accounts come down to three disciplines: strong ad design, rapid creative testing, and diligent daily optimization across several channels so you can shift spend toward whatever is working best at the time. Most tools cover one of those, which leaves you buying and stitching together fragmented software. AdAmigo.ai brings all of it into one platform.

What makes that work is the context layer underneath it. AdAmigo.ai learns your brand, products, goals, guardrails, and account history, and every step of the workflow shares that context, so creative design knows what optimization learned and launching knows what testing found. It also compounds: the longer you use AdAmigo.ai, the more experiments the agents have run and the more they know about what works for your business and how you like to operate.

Four things follow from that:

- AdAmigo.ai optimizes against real revenue, not platform proxies. Meta and Google cannot follow the money past their own conversion event. AdAmigo.ai can, through CRM and store sync.
- It is platform-neutral. The ad platforms' own AI tends to optimize toward more budget on their own platform. AdAmigo.ai optimizes for your best result across all of them.
- It runs autonomously but stays auditable. Every decision is visible and you set the guardrails.
- Pricing is a flat subscription, not a percentage of your ad spend, so nothing about how we are paid pushes you to spend more than you should.

Question 4

Do I need to be a Meta or Google Ads expert to use this?

Accepted Answer

No, and you never have to learn Ads Manager or the Google Ads interface. The two most used parts of AdAmigo.ai are the chat agent and autopilot. With the chat agent, running ads is as simple as writing a text message: describe what you want and the AI does it. With autopilot, the AI proactively tells you what it wants to improve and why, and you either approve it or let it implement automatically. Both work without prior paid ads experience.

Question 5

Can AdAmigo.ai replace my media buyer or agency?

Accepted Answer

That depends on what you need. AdAmigo.ai covers the execution layer: building campaigns, designing and testing creatives, monitoring accounts, and optimizing daily. Plenty of founders and small teams run their entire paid media on it without hiring. Agencies and media buyers use AdAmigo.ai the other way around, to take repetitive execution work off their plate and serve more clients without adding headcount. What stays with you either way is strategy, offer, and positioning, which is where experienced marketers add the most value.

Question 6

Does AdAmigo.ai work for lead generation or only ecommerce?

Accepted Answer

Both. AdAmigo.ai supports every campaign objective, from awareness and traffic through to leads and sales. For lead generation that includes website leads, instant lead forms, and conversations through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. It can also optimize against leads that actually converted rather than raw form fills, which is what matters for service businesses where lead quality varies. Ecommerce accounts get catalog-based campaigns, creative testing at volume, and daily budget optimization.

Question 7

Can I use it for client accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As long as you have advertising access to the Meta or Google account, AdAmigo.ai works through your profile, so it can make changes exactly as you could. Those changes appear in the platform's own history under your name, which keeps the setup invisible to your client. Agencies run AdAmigo.ai across multiple client accounts from one place, and agency plans are available.

Question 8

Does AdAmigo.ai work in my language and country?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in every language. You talk to AdAmigo.ai in whichever language you prefer, and it responds, designs ad creatives, and writes ad copy in that language too. It works in any country where Meta and Google allow advertising.

Question 9

Does the AI make changes without my approval?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want it to. When you use the chat agent, you give the instruction, so nothing happens that you did not ask for. With autopilot you choose between two modes: review first, where AdAmigo.ai prepares recommendations each morning and waits for your approval, or auto-apply, where it implements changes overnight and generates a fresh set the next morning. Auto-apply still logs every action, so you can review what happened whenever you like. On top of that you set the guardrails once: budget limits, targeting rules, performance goals, even naming conventions.

Question 10

Will AdAmigo.ai work with my ad account setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You connect your existing Meta or Google ad account through the official integration and AdAmigo.ai works with what is already there. There is no migration, no rebuild, and no need to start a new account, so your campaign history, learning phases, and pixel data stay intact. AdAmigo.ai can work alongside your running campaigns or take them over.

Question 11

What kind of results can I expect?

Accepted Answer

That depends on your spend, account history, and offer, but here is what customers have seen with AdAmigo.ai. The Work Mat Co increased ROAS by 28.3% and sales by 145.7% after switching from an agency. LayaSmarts boosted Meta ROAS by 223%. The skincare brand Dyut improved ROAS by 23% and sales by 67.8%. Stilnovo, which had never run paid Meta ads before, beat its ROAS targets by 55%. Accounts with existing history tend to see improvements fastest, because there is data to learn from immediately.

Question 12

What's the minimum ad spend to make this worth it?

Accepted Answer

There is no hard minimum, and you can start with nothing more than an ad account, a payment method, and a Facebook page or Google account. What matters more than the number is the starting point. Accounts spending above roughly $2,000 per month tend to see the strongest results and the fastest, because there is enough history for AdAmigo.ai to analyze and optimize against from day one. If you are starting from scratch on a small budget, expect a first month of experimentation, stabilization in month two, and profitability from around the third month. Smaller budgets work, they just need patience.

Question 13

Can my ad account get banned or disabled for using AI to run ads?

Accepted Answer

This is a fair concern, because some AI tools automate the ad interface without approval, which does put accounts at risk. AdAmigo.ai does not work that way. We are an official Meta Business Partner and a vetted Google partner, which means our integration was reviewed and approved, we manage significant monthly ad budgets, and we are held to a high compliance standard. Every change runs through the official APIs. On top of that, the AI will not create, launch, or change anything that violates advertising policy, so in practice you are less exposed to policy problems with AdAmigo.ai than doing it by hand. Accounts can still be disabled for reasons unrelated to any tool, such as payment issues, page quality, or business verification, and those are worth keeping in order regardless.

Question 14

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AdAmigo.ai connects to your ad accounts through the official Meta and Google integrations, so we never ask for or store your login credentials, and you can revoke access at any time from your own account settings. Your ad account data is used to run and optimize your campaigns, and we do not sell it. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

Question 15

How much does AdAmigo.ai cost?

Accepted Answer

AdAmigo.ai has two plans. The $99 per month plan is for testing the platform and for smaller ad accounts spending under $2,000 per month. The $349 per month plan gives you full access to every feature. Agency pricing is available for multi-account setups. If you would rather not do it alone, you can also be assigned an account manager with onboarding support, or take our managed service, where a media buyer from the AdAmigo.ai team sets up and supervises the AI for you. Full details are on our pricing page.

Question 16

Is there a trial period?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 7-day free trial. You connect your ad account and can use the chat agent, autopilot, and AI ad creation during the trial to see what AdAmigo.ai finds in your account before you pay anything.

Question 17

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

AdAmigo.ai is a monthly subscription billed per ad account. Additional ad accounts can be added to any plan. Billing starts when your 7-day free trial ends, and you manage everything, including plan changes, from the billing section in the app.

Question 18

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and you can do it yourself without contacting support. Log in at app.adamigo.ai, click your profile picture at the bottom left, go to Settings, then Billing, and manage your subscription there. Your plan stays active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, then simply ends.
