Yes, and you can do it yourself without contacting support. Log in at app.adamigo.ai, click your profile picture at the bottom left, go to Settings, then Billing, and manage your subscription there. AdAmigo.ai is a business-to-business service. This policy covers the people who use it: account owners, team members, invited clients and Website visitors.

1. Who We Are and Our Role

For account, billing, usage, support and Website data, AdAmigo.ai is the controller.

For data inside the ad accounts and tools you connect to the Services, we process data on behalf of our customer as a processor, under our Terms of Service and, where one applies, our data processing addendum.

Account and billing data: name, email address, company, role, login method, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Usage and device data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages and features used, login history, and recordings of how you use the Platform (via PostHog), which we use to fix bugs and improve usability.

Content you provide: chat prompts, uploaded files and creatives, brand assets, knowledge base entries, goals and guardrails, and messages to our support team.

Survey answers: for example the onboarding questions about your goals, how you manage ads today and how you heard about us.

Once we verify your identity, we will process the request and confirm deletion within 30 days, except for information we must keep under Section 10. Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription; please cancel first as described in our Terms of Service.
