Introducing Workspaces: Manage Multiple Ad Accounts With One AI Agent
Most brands don't run just one ad account. They run several: one per region, one per sub-brand, sometimes one per channel. That setup keeps performance stable, but it makes day-to-day work slow. You rebuild the same ad in five places, pull numbers from five dashboards into one spreadsheet, and move budgets by hand whenever one account starts outperforming another.
Today we're launching Workspaces in AdAmigo.ai to fix that.
What Workspaces does
A workspace groups every ad account that belongs to the same brand. Once your accounts are connected, the AdAmigo.ai agent treats them as one business instead of separate silos. It can analyze, launch and optimize across all of them at once, either autonomously or from a simple text prompt.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Launch across accounts with one prompt. Have the AI design a new ad, or take an existing one, and launch it in multiple ad accounts at the same time.
Get one consolidated report. Schedule automatic reports to Slack or email that combine performance from all accounts in the workspace into a single view.
Let Autopilot move budget where it performs. Autopilot shifts spend across accounts to wherever results are strongest, so budget doesn't sit idle in an account that's underperforming.
Shared memory across every account. The agent builds its memory and knowledge base on the workspace level. Learnings, insights and trends from each account are pooled, so the agent gets better at running every account, not just the one it learned from.
Example prompts
"Take our best-performing ad from the US account and launch it in the UK and Canada accounts."
"Send a weekly report every Monday with combined performance for all accounts to our #marketing Slack channel."
"Which account had the lowest cost per purchase last week, and what's driving it?"
Who it's for
Workspaces is built for brands that run multiple ad accounts across regions, sub-brands or markets. It's been one of the most requested features from customers with multi-account setups, and it's one of the most requested updates we've shipped so far.
Most tools make you work account by account. Workspaces lets one AI agent see the whole picture and act on it.
How to get started
Setting up a workspace takes a couple of minutes:
Open the workspace dropdown in the top left of AdAmigo.ai. This is where all your workspaces live, and each one typically represents one brand.
Go to Settings and connect every ad account you want in that workspace.
While you're in Settings, add team members, set up the workspace knowledge base, and connect tools like Shopify or HubSpot.
Running more than one brand? Just create another workspace and switch between them in the same dropdown in the top left.
FAQ
Can I use existing ads, or only new ones? Both. The agent can design a new ad or take an existing one and launch it across multiple accounts.
Does Autopilot move budget between ad accounts? Yes. Within a workspace, Autopilot shifts budget across accounts to maximize overall results.
Can I manage several brands? Yes. Each brand gets its own workspace with its own ad accounts, team members, knowledge base and connectors. You switch between them in the dropdown in the top left.
